Although they are a Taiwanese artist, it can be seen from their fanbox link that "冬川" should not be pronounced using Chinese pinyin, but rather using the Japanese romanization as "fuyukawa".
To avoid ambiguity, their main Twitter handle is added as a unique identifier.

I didn't say that keeping it as-is would be better. Rather, I believe it's necessary to add unique_identifiers to disambiguate the tags.
I find it quite exhausting to explain what constitutes an "ambiguous tag" to you, yet you insist that simply renaming it to "fuyukawa" is reasonable. This leaves me genuinely speechless, which is why I couldn't help but comment on your approach. If you feel that I was trying to "rub my authority in you", then I apologize for that.

I think it's more appropriate to reverse it as "rainbowsugarflower -> liuyun_(liuyun73492)", because they are a Chinese artist, and their name "柳筠" is pinyin'd as "Liuyun".

No, everything is fine, I didn't understand the meaning correctly at first. You should have started by saying that you can change your nickname by adding a link in brackets.
