Well, I still haven't found concrete evidence to prove that they are the same person. Previously, from @underdome's dmails, they said:

I have no official sources(sumaki_devil is someone's sub account(https://x.com/sumaki_devil/status/1580898254824566784) but he didn't say whose), but it seems to be clear due to his unique painting style. I thought it was an open secret.
If I were to say, sumaki_devil has painted lovely_labrynth_of_the_silver_castle(post #6906190), the character hatano_kiyoshi has painted so many times. This may provides evidence.

I think so as well. The necessity of a qualifier in that case is pretty obvious because it's ambiguous without a space (arguably even with one). I probably should've looked twice and used my head first because if so then disambiguating it with the stacc is appropriate.
