Well, I still haven't found concrete evidence to prove that they are the same person. Previously, from @underdome's dmails, they said:

I have no official sources(sumaki_devil is someone's sub account(https://x.com/sumaki_devil/status/1580898254824566784) but he didn't say whose), but it seems to be clear due to his unique painting style. I thought it was an open secret.
If I were to say, sumaki_devil has painted lovely_labrynth_of_the_silver_castle(post #6906190), the character hatano_kiyoshi has painted so many times. This may provides evidence.

I'd rather not link two tags if the artist is deliberately keeping the relative accounts completely separate. Doing this tends to invite DMCAs down the road.
