Found nothing linking these two together and for all intents and purposes I am quite sure they are not the same artist, only sharing a similar name. The sole piece that seemed to link them together was an offline fan merch event but I looked through it and it features more artists than just the two of them meaning it's a collaborative/circle booth instead. Kirat is definitely not an RKGK account and has regular post schedules/content like Raki.
