It’s not a name they use anymore, so it’s best to switch to the most used current name. Their handles mostly use ibk chii or a variation of it, so the alias is correct for now.
Feel free to replace it with the romanization of their actual name if you know it, that’s probably the best option. If ambiguous, keep the handle as a qualifier.

I THINK these are the same artist? Recent artwork on the Ayane Pixiv account is signed mannmaruu (eg https://www.pixiv.net/en/artworks/138719265). The mannmaruu Twitter account has some traditional media art that looks pretty similar to Ayane's (eg https://x.com/_mannmaruu/status/1866481692887994547).
