Based on the investigation conducted by @gusdn30 and @WRS, and after cross-referencing the data, it has been determined that these accounts belong to the same artist.

Discussion confirms that artworks and WIPs posted on the artist's Arca.live account (@우유에오레오) match submissions found on both Pixiv accounts (IDs 102215108 and 114466830).

Due to the artist's history of frequently deleting and re-creating accounts, tags for these accounts have become fragmented.

I THINK these are the same artist? Recent artwork on the Ayane Pixiv account is signed mannmaruu (eg https://www.pixiv.net/en/artworks/138719265). The mannmaruu Twitter account has some traditional media art that looks pretty similar to Ayane's (eg https://x.com/_mannmaruu/status/1866481692887994547).

I strongly doubt these were the same artist and the link seems flimsy. The art is not similar in style or subject and there is no actual connection between the accounts.
