do we want panties to fall under clothes though?

Some of these require an alias instead:

• cum_in_armpit -> cum_on_upper_body
• cum_on_thigh -> cum_on_lower_body

It seems to run contrary to how they are taggegd in general and I don't really see a need to change them.
