I've seen hundreds of examples that would fit this. +1 to the tag, though I think there's a proper term for this, but alias /hoe to half-open_eyes if there isn't.

Slightly off-topic, but I'd also like to tag eyebrows scrunching together and lifting rather than sinking (>:) vs <:) if you will).

I agree that this is a taggable concept and haven't seen a tag for it in use. Is differentiating eyelids that are drooping/relaxed due to bliss vs sleepiness something we would want to do?
