Tag alias: streetcar <-> tram

-1, I think we should stick with North American English over British English (the streetcar tag was populated until someone migrated all the posts to tram) and Streetcar is more appropriate for the images as those under the tag are smaller vehicles which is more associated with the term "streetcar" while "tram" appears to be much broader and very readily includes much larger vehicles (those in particular that would be referred more likely as "light rail" here in the US).

Tram also has a different meaning in North America, while streetcar from my understanding has no meaning in UK English, so in terms of being ambiguous there is no conflict with "streetcar" between US and UK English, but there is a conflict with "tram" between US and UK English.
