Can someone explain why the post was deleted please?

Because nobody approved it and it hit the three day limit, presumably since it was full of text.

It also seems like you uploaded that for the sole purpose of having it translated.

You didn't even bother tagging it at all, even though you KNOW what tags it should have from the first time you posted it. I don't think you'll last long here.

[edit] Wait, you uploaded it a third time already? First post #309542 which was pruned completely, then post #311791 which was deleted, and now post #311794 which you edited in Paint to be able to post it yet again?

I posted 2nd time and deleted to upload a better version I found, so I rly only posted twice

Alright I'm sorry, I tagged it best I could on post #311794

it appears that persistence wins...

I can't change it to "pending for approval" status once it's flagged for deletion. I didn't see any reason for it to be deleted out of spite or because of the text. So feel free to give a valid reason why it should be gone.
