It seem that arm_hold is aliased to arm_grab because that would be the tag I'd use for this^^.

Is there some kind of distended_anus (NSFW obv) tag? I would dearly like to blacklist it.

There're arm_holding (other's arm) and holding_arm (own arm).

Thank you. Didn't know that they exist :).
I just thought from the alias (arm_hold) that arm grab implies a forceful grab.
But that's wrong then.
