Redundant artist tags: kuruma94 and notnoe

Basically these two tags are associated with the exact same artist. Both or one need updated information to their new tumblr url, http://super-affection.tumblr.com/

What's the procedure for an artist given two different tags? Were these works intentionally separated?

Most of the time it's because people uploaded art from a page not listed in the artist entry and didn't do any/find anything from searching or the artist didn't list any alternate accounts in his profile. There is no reason to have two separate artist entries if it's about the same artist, they should be merged and the oldest/most used name should be kept

How does one merge?
Additionally, what is to be done with the discarded tag? It'll still show up under suggestions won't it?

The best way is to submit an alias request in topic #7713 via the BULK updater.
