S1eth and others keep on flagging things in pool #3663. If they don't like it, why not just get rid of everything in the entire pool instead of just flagging certain pics without flagging the rest?

Because there are some pretty good images in the pool, for example:
I (and hopefully most other users) judge images based on their artistic qualities. I don't judge a single image based on other images that happen to be in the same pool.

I see. thank you for clearing that up with me.
If you're going to bring up pretty good images, you can't miss this.
The problem with the pool is that a lot of fanart follows the original art design, messiness and all.
I can understand following the style, but there's a way to follow the style of the heart-throbbing adventures without resorting to crappy art.

The post you mention is not a style parody at all though.
I think the point is that rather than following the style to a T, good fanart of the story should be trying to capture its nature or its "feeling" in the drawing.
Because being a style parody doesn't excuse crap. Crap done on purpose is still crap, as far as quality control is concerned.
I believe pictures should be able to stand on their own merits and not have to be explained to anyone not familiar with the series as to why the art is intentionally bad. You also can't hide behind style_parody for one thing and allow other pictures which employ the same in relation to their own series to fall by the wayside in the meantime.
Hello, first time posting on forums and I've got a concern for this pool but I didn't want to create another thread.
Regarding this description:
Note not all creepy Koishi pictures count. Look for things such as sharp claws, hearts with eyeballs, or the phrase, "My hat is my friend, it helps me relax."
I think the "hearts with eyeballs" part should be taken out because that isn't specific to the series. IIRC it appears in-game during Koishi's dialogues. There are a few posts in the pool that, as far as I can tell, are not related to KKHTA but may have been put in the pool because they have hearts with eyes.
For example:
I hesitate to remove them myself in case there's something I missed. As for the description, I didn't change it because I feel that taking that part out would make it too vague but I couldn't think of a way to make it clearer except "Watch the series beforehand".
Yes, they neither parody the series nor are they tagged with the series' name on pixiv.
Since it's for images parodying a certain series, the people populating the pool should really have at least watched it or seen enough other parodies of it.
