For the case of the commissioner account, the alias will keep the tag on those posts so you can check later if any of them need to be separated off. This is why though that for aliases where you're unsure or there's something going on, they should be in a separate request. BURs are all-or-nothing and one wrong or questionable line can lead to the whole thing needing to be scrapped.
