turns out they're the same artist under two different accounts. ka_ice_ha is used to post vocaloid stuff and icekana is used to post horror stuff. they seem to prefer kana/kanA since it's the emphasized part next to their accounts. i used the pixiv id to distinguish kana since that also seems more standardized
