pool #4055. Roughly 80% of the artist's work has been nuked, and at this point, the pool is extremely fragmented with the separate storylines becoming incoherent messes. With only 21 approved works, anyone wishing to read what's left need only do a search for the artist's tag.

For the most part the comics that were left undeleted were deemed to be funny enough to keep as separate pages that still made sense as one-off gags. It's not like they followed any sort of plot.

Contrary to the what tag, Posts that you do not understand at all and leave you thinking, "WHY would you do that?"

Less that they leave you in confusion more that you just do not understand why they would do it.

Is that a meaningful distinction from the what tag?

what's purpose is already to cover areas of perplexion that may result from an image or the actions in an image. There's nothing "contrary" about neither that pool nor the why tag the pool creator is attempting to populate at the same time with the same images that end up in the pool.
