Did somebody fix something with the Index sidebar of hot tags. For the first time seemingly since I started noticing it, it seems to actually be reflecting what seem to be the case with the currently active and hot tags instead of having the same like 5 or so franchises frozen in place at the top with a handful of character names near the bottom. Also I notice the Order:Rank thing that never looked like it was supposed to be there as anything other than some form of code for it is just gone now but it was almost always the third down the list.

I've noticed this at least since the weekend and figured I'd ask

Hey, hi, when you try to post using the Boorkmarklet, if it's an image from a series it will try to upload the 1st image instead of the currently chosen one.
Example, try to upload this image using the Bookmarklet. It's the 4th/12 images.

Works fine if you open the image in a new tab/view image before.

Trying use the bookmarklet on an ugoira gives the following error:

NoMethodError exception raised

Created issue #3722.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S9, and sometimes when I'm away from my main comp, I see something I want to upload and I mess up on the source URL trying to do it manually. Then there's tagging, another problem using a mobile device. Not knowing how to go about it means I have to wait to get home or depend on someone else tagging it. Both not the best of ideas. I at least want to do some minimal tagging after uploading.

I also have an iPad Pro I can take with me, so some suggestions on mobile uploading and tagging would really help.

If it's a single page post from supported sites (pixiv, twitter, artstation, deviantart, nijie, nicoseiga, tumblr, pawoo) then you can just stick the URL in the upload page and it'll extract the image automatically. For multipage posts it'll pick the first one, so you can do the same if you only want the first picture.

As for tagging, autocomplete works on phones too but yeah it's usually a pain to use. On the rare occasions where I've uploaded from phone I've typically submitted the post with only the translated tags (artist, copyright usually) and tagged the post after it was uploaded, because the lack of preview just was too much of a pain on phone, given the lack of bookmarklet. I've found typing the tags to be faster than using the autocomplete due to the nature of phone touchscreens, so beyond getting used to typing the most common tags fast there's not much you can do.

iPads can have USB keyboards right? That'd be a huge boost to tagging, but I just can't see it working well with just the touch screen for the same problem I mentioned.

'My Account' playing up again.

Get

PG::QueryCanceled: ERROR: canceling statement due to statement timeout : SELECT "posts".* FROM "posts" INNER JOIN favorites ON favorites.post_id = posts.id WHERE (true) AND (posts.tag_index @@ to_tsquery('danbooru', E'(''fav:72775'')')) AND (favorites.user_id % 100 = 75 and favorites.user_id = 72775) ORDER BY favorites.id DESC, posts.id DESC LIMIT $1

That's because you have more than half a million favorites, or one sixth of the entire site. Unfortunately that error's not going away any time soon since it has to do with database timeouts, and you're pretty much the only person with that problem.

Try to tag from a tiny touchscreen is a dealbreaker, however ipads do have bluetooth keyboards, some part of the case. There is a basic 9.7 128 GB ipad at under $500 if you don't need cellular.

I may look into getting one.

post #1737707 has only a thumbnail. It has neither a preview or full image.

Trying to watch the image itself on raikou2 gives a "404 not found" and hijiribe and danbooru give a "not found"

Yeah, my scanner had already detected that post, but I haven't reported it yet on issue #3610. I'll probably do so in the next couple of days.
