Danbooru 2 Issues Topic

Since a few hours ago, on every post I open I get message that this post has no copyright tag, has an available artist tag, and (sometimes) doesn't have enough tags.

@worldendDominator Yeah, that's probably my ValidateTagInput script (topic #14474). I made an update a day ago which adds the same validators that Danbooru uses after an upload, plus an additional few.

You can adjust or turn off those validations using the script settings menu. (My Account >> Settings) under Userscript Menus.

Oh. Somehow I completely forgot to check again without userscripts. Still, they appear when they shouldn't.

All the tags are gone again if you don't have any search term. And the certificate isskiki has expired again.

I dunno if this the right place to post this but I'm a bit paranoid that my anti-virus is screaming that site has a expired certificate. What would this means?

Read the post above you, it should only affect you if you visit the posts page or visit the user reports.

Is that why my browser breaks and stops connecting to anything and needs restarting every other time I open any search or post ever since recently?

Edit: Forgot to say I use Firefox.

Same issue. Opening any posts page of danbooru causes 100% load of CPU. Firefox.

I'm on Windows 10 / Firefox 65.0 (64 bit) and not getting this. Sometimes I get lag while fontawesome loads, but nothing breaks or loads down the CPU. Have you already tried it with userscripts and addons disabled?

Updated Firefox to 65.0. Seems to normalized.

Staying on Waterfox for UI reasons and the lag happens often. Never happened to me on any other website. Could this be due to a bug in the browser or in the website?

The expired isshiki certificate is a known possible cause. I suggest waiting until it’s renewed and report site loading delays only if they persist afterwards.

Looks like Albert didn’t correctly set up the Let’s Encrypt client and it’s not renewing the certificate properly.

Problems disappeared after updating to 65.

I've been wondering this for a while, but any reason why the subscription tags on "My Account" have been erratic for the last few months?

Sometimes they load, sometimes they don't, sometimes they load posts from months back.

Ever since the "improved" version of the saved searches was released you have to reload your profile several times for the all to fill up with the latest posts.

@albert with the removal of the top tagger info, the uploader info was not restored, is this intentional or an oversight?

It was intentional. If you really want to discover that information, it can be inferred from the tag history.
