Cunningham's Law works even if you posted a picture, but memetic mutation combined with rule of funny will alter the outcome from answer to achieving meme status.
it's 2025... u open twitter... AI art... u open deviantart... AI art... u open pixiv... AI art... someone posts a shitty badly drawn anime elf from popular show... you reminisce about ur shitty narusasu fan art u used to post on tumblr during high school... those were simpler times...
It's a pity that this piece does indeed break the upload rules (Poorly drawn content). Personally, it should get a pass because it's THE Origins pic for the current trend, but rules are rules 😔 (still INFINITELY better than AIslop though).

While I don’t LOVE the approval process (obvious given my cap lol) in a case like this it’s what assets are for, it can be on the wiki page for the trend but it doesn’t meet any quality standard
Spirit of the site VS letter of the law situation. What is the point of Danbooru even existing if it's not going to archive these little flashpoints of internet art culture?

People don't appreciate art. Even if its origins came from brainrot
You are seen. This post seems to be heading in the same direction by the looks of it.
EDIT: Just like with the post linked above, even if this post isn't approved/Active, the image will still exist here and still be visible in the wiki, where users can then click to get to this post if they so wish.
> Low quality, unfunny reddit algorithm slopfeed, ChatGPT approved "meme" and also I just don't like it
Just say you don't like instead of a bunch of nonsense words cobble up together last minutes, words don't mean anything anymore
I completely agree.
Though I do find it noteworthy that this nonsense flag is still better worded feedback to the uploader, as opposed to the stagnant tapwater-soaked nothing burger known as Quality Check. Then again, that is a very low bar to beat.
I genuinely and truthfully rather receive a flag that says "I don't like it. Fuck you!" because it gives me atleast some sense of why it was flagged, regardless of whether that feedback is unfounded or not.
It's actually insane how fast this trend spread around. From a simple sketch on a subreddit, to various acclaimed artists and animators (some even from the industry) chiming in and giving their own twist in just a few days.
Being for real though, this should've just stayed an asset. It's pretty sad that this objectively bad post which is only known for being bad (even if it started a trend that has lead to other posts that do have their own merit) has been approved that many times while far better normal posts with some minor imperfections will be stuck in deleted hell even sometimes after multiple appeals. Sometimes it seems the only things that get consistently and repeatedly undeleted are posts containing sufficiently absurd breasts and sufficiently terrible anatomy :/

I've seen some flags that do beat that bar. Just one word, "low". Occasionally on perfectly reasonable posts. Or the classic salt "poor quality" flag minutes after an approver disagreed with the one "poor quality" disapproval the post conveniently got.

I feel like everyone is taking this one drawing way too seriously.
On another note it being an origin is a slippery slope to say the least, like what about trends with AI-generated origins such as Jeff The Killer (Ai-Gen) for example, while the art is fine on her wiki (in fact I just put it there lol), it's obviously something that wouldn't be uploaded to the site as it's ai-generated, just like this is low quality.
It's pretty tragic that the flood of ai slop is so bad, that people go "at least he didn't use AI" when looking at this. Was it hand-drawn? Yes. Is is good? No.
