What you're supposed to do is give it a week or two (so translators have a chance to see it on their own), then request it in the translation requests forum thread (where the request also won't vanish off the front page after a few minutes).
If it still doesn't get translated, you know it's because it's not liked rather than simply bad luck.
Finally encountered one that isn't translated. Well, let's see how much I can get out of it, then. It really looks like Koishi is scaring Kogasa more than the other way around, though.
I doubt anyone could scare Koishi without either wanting (and being genuinely able) to hurt her or being completely unaware that she's present (and able to harm her accidentally).
