    Maybe you are assuming two things wrong. First they're not PvP participants, only Atago and Takao were (or so it seemed at first). And second, well... the bullet that damaged them was not physical.

    Poor RJ-chan. Having the 'flotation capabilities' figuratively waved in her face.

    I wonder if Miho understands that she could win... BUT only if she brought a team built for it against Ryuujou, like Maho, Darjeeling, Kay, Yuzu, Momo, and Nonna.
