You mean from CAV to CVL. You can convert Suzuya Kai Ni to Suzuya Carrier but need a blueprint. ALWAYS. The conversion between carrier version and aviation cruiser version don't need a blueprint

what I said was correct, because I meant cav -> cvl -> cav -> cvl. In your second 'reconversion' to cvl, converting back to cvl from cav will cost a blueprint, even if you paid for it the first time.
however, I can see why the way it is phrased will cause some confusion. Ty for giving me the chance to clarify.
To better clarify, these conversions always consume one blueprint: Kai -> Kai Ni (CAV) Kai Ni (CAV) -> Kai Ni (CVL)
This one not: Kai Ni (CAV) <- Kai Ni (CVL)
Unless you don't care about quests, you have a duplicate or you plan to do them a lot later make sure to complete Quest B95 before converting her to CVL for Quest B97.
