Kantai Collection's personification of the Japanese heavy cruiser Tone. Character design by Bob, voiced by Iguchi Yuka.
She has long brown hair in twintails with two white hair ribbon accessories, and brown eyes. Her default outfit consists of a green dress, black belt, black undershirt, single brown elbow glove on her left arm with an aircraft catapult, single black thighhigh on her left leg, and black knee boots.
Her rigging consists of all four of her historical 20.3 cm twin gun mounts on her right side (three on her thigh, one on her right shoulder), anti-aircraft guns on her boots, and a seaplane cradle on her thighhigh.
She is notable for her old-fashioned militaristic speech patterns and somewhat aggressive personality. Her sister ship, Chikuma, is a notable siscon.
