About Danbooru Wiki
Danbooru's wiki pages serve two primary purposes: to explain the meaning of tags, and to provide information on how to use the site (help:*, howto:* pages).
Search
The quick search bar will search for titles only.
For more advanced searching, use the wiki search page.
Wiki pages structure
Other names
When viewing certain tags, the small bubbles with text right below the wiki title are the alternate names of the tag, used to assist with tagging. See help:translated_tags.
Left column
- Recent Changes lists wiki pages that have recently been edited.
- Options menu for the page:
- Tag History - post edit history for the tag associated with this wiki
- Wiki History - wiki edit history for the current page
- Discussions - forum posts and topics that mention this wiki
- What Links Here - wikis that mention this wiki
Managing wiki pages
- New - create wiki page
- Edit - edit selected page
- History - view changes of the current page
- Delete/Undelete - in edit mode, mark/unmark this wiki page as deleted.
To begin editing a wiki article, click the 'edit' button located in the navbar or press 'e' on the keyboard when viewing a wiki article.
