Planning a new foreign ship 4koma compilation book for Comiket this summer. With new strips featuring Iowa and Warspite, it should come out to about 100 pages.

It doesn't exist. It's a codename for "cut up for razor blades" - she wasn't supposed to enter service as a shipgirl.

Seems to be the introduction to the next Ido compilation, which would probably start around here chronologically (Spring 2016 was about rescuing Iowa in the flavor text).
