Ido puts everything that he's done online into the books, plus a good amount extra (150 pages this time, 40 of which are new); and when it's on full-colour glossy pages, it does get a bit on the thick side, yes. (which is why it's 1500, rather than the standard 500 yen for a doujin at Comiket)
Compilation of uploaded 110 strips plus 40 extra. There's no indication that it's got any content from the last books in it, so one can only assume that it's all stuff that hasn't been printed yet.
