nope, looks like the artist messed up the torso there on the top, just not delete worthy. Should be tagged tho.
I mean it's entirely a realistic position, most people can do it. There's an extra like on the top however, that makes it look like she's not really turning. The lower side looks good on the other hand, like the torso is shifting to accommodate for both pelvis and top positioning and keep them connected.

Ok, I see. Then I've got your intentions wrong since mostly it goes into the direction mentioned in my post. I tagged it with bad anatomy now, so we'll see what will happen to it.
