eyes visible through hair
When someone has their hair over one eye or hair over eyes, but the hair doesn't obscure the eyes completely and leaves them still visible, either through a gap in the hair strands or because the hair is depicted as translucent enough.
Includes when only the eyelashes are visible through the hair.
