Yeah there's still quite the ammount of characters appearing in canon Oh also I was wondering; why are there two clownpieces?
I have added the tags for all the characters from portrait of exotic girls which is misnamed in the notes as "ZUN drawing". I also added the tags for the two Oekaki Girls and the 2 makai residents. I do not know if there are more "obscure characters" in the image. I wish I could help more, but my old PC can barely load this image, when I repair my desktop PC I will check again the image.
PD: I was loled to see that the artist drew Rin Satsuki and the circle cut girl as two different characters, but i am almost certain that this is a mistake in the notes. I am 90% sure that the girl that was tagged as "circle cut girl" is actually the girl in this image zun010.jpg https://en.touhouwiki.net/wiki/Miscellaneous_illustrations_by_ZUN#zun010.jpg this girl is part of portrait of exotic girls and she is the only one who doesn't have her own tag Personally, I believe that this girl and cleaning_maid_(touhou) are actually the same character, but as I pointed out, that's a personal thought.
Many artists see her as two different characters, there are even other images of her already posted on danbooru, she definitely deserves her own tag.
