Not sure if this is part of the Great Food Adventure pool.
Same style, same theme, and Kizuna still shows up with an appetite. There’s plenty of series that end on the joke of the main character getting pushed to the side by a new one. There’s enough common elements and sense of continuity to include this in the running, imo.
