    Yeah... it sort of seems like the only power you'd really need to avoid being hit by a tank is "working ears", they aren't exactly known for stealth after all.

    maybe huge mechanical tanks are not stealthy, but try one that appears pulled out of "Cthulhu and Friends" show or at least a mesh of technology and magic with some limbs and organs thrown in, then yeah, it can be pretty stealthy
