Is that btw Meiling's fairymaid guards or what? They all weir a star on their chest or heads ( well , most of them ).

If you go back a few comics it explains them. The ones that are wearing stars/Chinese clothes are the "Gatekeeper Corps." The ones looking like maids are the "Main Squad Elite".

I am unable to come up with a consistent and/or correct way of translating all the honorifics. Someone please provide better translations for this and the previous ones that I attempted to translate.

Heh we are just glad it is getting translated. I can say incorrect honorifics is still "moon speak" to me.

There is another girl behind her with a star on her hat. I am guessing the men have the star on the chest of their uniform and the women have it on their hats.
