I don’t think it’s AI generated. The artist has a MMD youtube channel so they probably used one of the models to draw this image.

Then again I can’t read Japanese so having someone verify this will be nice.

The shading and bright highlights is reminiscent of the default stablediffusion artstyle, and the shadow of her hair fringes don't match her actual hair at all.
