My own impressions:

1 - Idira: An unsanctioned psyker is bad enough, but one who's proud of it? BLAM BLAM BLAM
2 - Cassia: Pretty cool! Between her Lidless Stare and Leader abilities, she's amazing! Just don't count on her to do damage unless you REALLY need that one dude dead. Also cute (at the moment, at least).
3 - Pascal: A sturdier Cassia; not quite as useful as a leader, but better able to hold his own in a fight. I also love how dedicated he is to Mechanicus procedure; almost get ambushed inside a sealed room? Request that the adepts responsible for maintenance be servitorized.
4 - Abelard: Pure defensive CQC. Give him a mighty 2-handed and there's very little that will remain standing afterward. Bit of a hardcase, but it's 40K, what else is new?
5 - Heinrix: Pure offensive CQC, and very effective in my experience. Has a Momentum skill that effectively gives him a second turn with a million attacks. I also like that while he starts off Puritan, he seems to have an arc that let's you nudge him towards either Puritanism and Radicalism.
6 - Argenta: See my remarks on Heinrix, but switch genders and range. I also love how pro-Emperor she is!
7 - Yrliet: If Argenta and Heinrix are who you use to take out hordes, Yrliet is my single-target DPS, which means she's probably on my ship until I get the Space Wolf. Plenty arrogant 'cos lol Eldar, but surprisingly tolerable. Still won't stop me from spacing her though.
8 - Jae: Tries to be a cross between Argenta and Heinrix, fails at both. Also kinda boring.
