How does being Koishi's ability allow her to be unnoticed everywhere?

If i understand right she makes it so you unconsciously don't see her - she's still there, but your mind ignores her.

Is there a tag for koishi eyes?

Thats not how the subconscious works, but Touhou has never been a stickler for logic.

she just holds up a sign with a fnord written on it, and then you block her out
