I've wondered this myself. And now I'm wondering what he thought to make her blush.

It would appear Rinnosuke is the only one whose mind isn't horrifying/filled with perversion.

Doesn't seem like it keeps him from being labeled a pervert though.

For someone like Satori, not having perverted thoughts must be a huge turn-on.

I've always found Rinnosuke interesting in that he's either portrayed as a lustful maniac or someone who doesn't care the slightest bit about sex. There is very little middle ground.

In this case, I'm pretty sure Satori is surprised at how thoughtful he is.

I'm guessing here, but it seems like Satori finds it embarassing that he's trying to imagine how she is thinking while reading his mind. Or something like that?

Probably genuinely wondering how a satori's mind reading works without any disdain is like wondering how a woman's body works.

I'm pretty sure Koishi says that to Satori.

    ...Pervert.
    Eh, er, u-um... Y-You can't... T-That's embarrassing...
    Huh?
    Whaat!? But why!?
    *blush*
    *whisper*
I'm sorry, my sister seems to have disturbed you...
Oh, it's not a problem, really.
...I wonder if he harboured any doubts about Koishi...?
    ...? What is this?
What on earth is he thinking...?
    *bow*
    Haha...
    *stare*
So this is the youkai "Satori"... I heard that she was sealed underground because she was loathed for her power... but I wonder what it must be like to read other people's minds. Does she read her thoughts in words? What about mental pictures - images? Does she read (see?) images? Then what about emotions like anger and sadness? What about things that can't be expressed in words or images, could she read those? Hmmm... This is indeed intriguing...
