Yep, Shino and Chireiden are sending Okuu to school. Keine's class is going to get a lot more difficult.

She's also missing her hax boot, so I am guessing this normal Okuu and not OPkuu. Well it doesn't matter though, nuclear or not, Keine can just erase the fact that she had nuclear and bam, useless idiot.

But she still has the Yatagarasu eye on her chest so she still has nuclear power. Beyond that, it depends on whether the arm and leg are something she summons or something she can take off and forget somewhere.

Either way, with Flandre and Okuu in the same class, I expect fireworks.

Koishi is hilariously evil, she's like a more dominant Sakuya the way Shino portrays her.

Keep in mind that there is only one transfer student. So it's possible that Keine manages to subdue her. Or she is a missing number...

Okuu is soaring to the tops of my ranks of favorite Touhous, especially after things like that one where she found a baby and tried to adopt it.

Why do I think of Yuuka when I look at Koishi at the last panel.

I'm betting shino read/watched KareKano after looking at this. Okuu reminds me a lot of how Tsukino and Kano were carrying on in chapter 8 of the manga. So cute... XD;

For those who care, I think Okuu can remove, at the very least, the control rod.
