    You can always appeal it if you think it deserves a second look. But that's a bit of a long shot, as the majority of posts by this artist were never approved, or were approved and then flagged for being poorly drawn. There are only two users in the history of Danbooru who have ever approved any of this artist's work, and neither of them has approval privileges anymore.
