Besides, if it were Kisume she would need her signature ponytails and a bucket near her.Though, there is one lone leg hidden behind Parsee and Yuugi. Since the Extra boss is mostly kept a mystery I assume that's Koishi.

Gotta be Okuu's wings. At first I thought the thing in the very center was Koishi's hat, thus making the hidden girl Koishi...then I saw the wings...

EDIT: Ohhhhh...clever. Those aren't wings. They're Koishi's ARMS. Then the thing in the center IS her hat. Or at least representing it.
