Same as the other one, unzip and start the exe file. I'm not sure why it doesn't work for everyone.

I click it but nothing shows up, i do have a custom desktop, taskbar, is that the cause?

If your computer doesn't support kanji, try doing this:

Open the conf file. There should be 4 files in there. Check the sizes.

The one that is 43 KB must be renamed: 動作
The 10 KB one must be renamed: 行動

It worked for me.

Parsee keep throwing my firefox window away.

How does one get a Kisume to last more than a millisecond? I also only see the "base" versions of all the characters (Rin just sits there even though she has images for all sorts of movements) and Parsee has yet to show up. Maybe she's just rare...

You could try replacing one of the images with the Kisume image renamed appropriately (shime4 for Utsuho's falling pose, for example). Maybe Rin's non-base versions weren't used, because I haven't seen them either.
