Easy way to find all your missing model parts at once is to just vacuum and then sort through the dustbag later. Not like any of them can be damaged by the process as Yoshiko's feet can attest.

You can also put a nylon stocking or similar over the pipe, that way any big things like model parts get caught before they end up in the dust container
