What is the best one-size-fits-all translation for アレな, anyway? I always come away vaguely disappointed with whatever I try.
I don't think there is a "translation for all occasions" for it. Closest that comes to mind is "one of those", and that would hardly apply in all contexts.
The "action pose" of Koishi being thrown off of the bridge is hilariously awkward. Parsee is no action hero.
Also, if that river is shallow enough for Koishi to sit in it, wouldn't she have, I don't know, cracked open her head from landing in it? As much as I want to I can't ignore that.

oh well, if it works, it works.
Parsee is a hashihime ("bridge princess"), not a troll. A lot of folks get that wrong. Don't feel bad, I used to think she was a cute troll girl too until I read her character bio in the Touhou Wiki.
Probably my favorite moment in this comic, Parsee chucking Koishi off the bridge. Whee!
