I'm suprised too, I didn't think Koa would get uspet about something like that, especially in this comic... or maybe it's because she's shocked she might have to drink tea on the floor?
It could be that Koakuma's earlier attitude was her disdain towards what she believed to be a pampered and lazy witch mooching off her friend and spending her days leisurely doing whatever the hell she wants, never having to do work. But seeing that Patchy doesn't even have a damn chair or table in her library where she practically lives is giving her second thoughts.
Or maybe she's just pissed 'cuz she don't have nowhere to sit and watch Ms. Knowledge do all of the cleaning.
