On the glass Koakuma is serving you can even make out a harp. As well as on the empty glasses on the bar and the two bottles Suika's holding.

Maybe Nitori doesn't want to leave her seat by the three tengu. Maybe she's inviting Marisa to that little alcove to join them.. Or maybe she doesn't know where Marisa is and is calling to find out. I'm sure she's got some reason for using her phone instead of just climbing the stairs (or flying) and going over to Marisa.

And on that note, this image should be removed from the Nitori Electronics pool -- the "NITORI" on Marisa's phone is caller ID, not manufacturer's branding.
