Can anyone explain this one? It'd be appreciated. Usually in gachas having loads of dupes is a good thing cuz it powers up the character.

These aren't dupes of characters: they're records of your playthroughs (think roguelikes). The player/trainer has tried to complete a playthrough with Rice and failed to finish the run (career in in-game terminology) many many many times.

For the idiots and/or children who can't be bothered to count, it's been at least 19 runs with Rice. And presumably, this is her (also at least) 20th.
