WORKING!! is a 4koma by Takatsu Karino, serialized in Young Gangan since 2005. Originated from a web manga started in 2002 also by Takatsu Karino.
The series has a TV anime adaptation which has run 3 seasons. The first season aired Spring 2010 and shared the same name as the manga. A second season aired Fall 2011 and was titled Working'!!, with an apostrophe in the name. The third and final season airing July, Summer 2015 and is titled Working!!!, with three exclamation marks in the name. The alternative "export" name of the series is Wagnaria!! which is the name of the restaurant chain of the restaurant where most of the series takes place.
It is a work-life comedy series with a quirky cast mostly consisting out of teens and young adults. Multiple characters in the series have feelings toward each other. However, this anime is for the most part not romance driven, so your mileage might vary.
