One of the most troublesome members of the SCP Foundation, along with Dr. Alto Clef and Dr. Kondraki. He's been under the effect of the SCP-963 after being killed while touching it - any person/animal/living thing that touches 963 is possesed by Bright's soul, effectively giving him immortality. He has at least two siblings.
