Kantai Collection's personification of the Japanese destroyer Mutsuki. Character design by Kusada Souta, voiced by Hidaka Rina.
She has short brown/red hair with a slight gradient (appearing brown up top and a brighter red at the bottom), and red eyes. She and her sister Kisaragi wear a white version of the class' uniform: a white shirt with green sailor collar, green pleated skirt, black pantyhose, and grey rudder footwear.
Her rigging consists of her real-life funnel and foremast on her back, a 12 cm single handgun mount, and 61 cm triple torpedo tubes on thigh straps.
She is a hyperactive and upbeat girl. She had a starring role in the Kantai Collection anime and notably had a friendship with Fubuki and Yuudachi, as well as a possibly more serious relationship with her younger sister Kisaragi.
