Kantai Collection's personification of the Japanese destroyer Fubuki. Character design by Shibafu, voiced by Uesaka Sumire.
She has long black hair in a small ponytail and sidelocks in front, black eyes, and small breasts. Her default outfit, the Special-Type uniform, is a serafuku comprising a white shirt, blue sailor collar, neckerchief, blue pleated skirt, black socks, and grey rudder footwear.
Her rigging consists of her funnel and foremast carried as a form of backpack, while carrying two 61 cm triple torpedo tubes on thigh straps and a 12.7 twin gun mount Type A as a handgun.
She has an earnest and diligent personality, but lacks any notable quirks or notable personality traits, and is often considered very plain. She is the viewpoint character of the official 4koma Fubuki-chan Gambarimasu!, as well as the leading role in the Kantai Collection anime adaptation.
