Prithvi Mudra, or the gesture of earth, is a hand gesture where both the ring finger and thumb touch, but the remaining three fingers are out. Unlike shocker (gesture), this is a more general gesture without sexual connotations.
The prithvi mudra is a grounding mudra used in yoga to stabilize the self and prevent wrist cramps, but contains Indian roots and is sometimes seen on deity statues. It can be used by anyone.
